Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Grief Educator, and Energy Healer / Owner — Healing Energy of Yoga

Kelley Apple

Kelley Apple has experienced firsthand the profound healing power of movement, energy work, and community. Her mission is to share these sacred tools with others -- especially during life’s most tender and transformational seasons.

At Reflective Harmony, Kelley guides students through Gentle Yoga, Grief Yoga, and Reiki Yoga, as well as offering one-on-one Reiki sessions, intuitive energy healing, and grief-focused support. Her classes and sessions are rooted in compassion, creating safe, supportive spaces for people to soften, release, and reconnect with themselves. She believes that even the smallest, most intentional movement or energetic shift can begin to loosen the weight of sorrow and open the heart to healing.

Kelley’s own journey weaves together many paths. While building a successful career in the corporate IT world, she discovered the meditative rhythm of running as a powerful form of emotional release and empowerment. Later, yoga became a doorway into deeper spiritual awakening -- grounding her in practices that continue to inspire her growth. Her personal experiences with grief also shaped the heart of her work. She knows how isolating loss can feel, and she honors each person’s path with reverence, care, and love.

In addition to her yoga and healing work, Kelley is completing a four-year certification with the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, bringing advanced energetic practices to her clients and students. She is also a Hospice Volunteer, offering presence and compassion during life’s most sacred transitions.

Whether you meet Kelley on the mat, in a healing session, or in community, you’ll feel her warmth, gentleness, and steady grounding presence. Her work helps transform Reflective Harmony into more than just a wellness center -- it becomes a sanctuary for peace, renewal, and soulful connection.

SAH (Somatic Activated Healing) MethodTM Practitioner & Workshop Facilitator

Ashley Rutledge

Ashley Rutledge is a creative healer certified in The SAH (Somatic Activated Healing) MethodTM. This powerful modality blends body key movements with breathwork, mantras and trance dance to release emotional residue from the body without having to go into the thinking mind. She also holds a Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and supports people in the implementations of small lifestyle changes over time that lead to an increased sense of well-being.

With a professional background in Hospitality and the Creative Arts, she blends her passion for connection, expression, and service into her healing offerings. This often results in a freedom of creative expression and release that can lead to life altering insights. As students and clients are able to connect with their authenticity, they can then feel confident in making the aligned adjustments needed to live life fully.

Her career in Hospitality showed her the power of service, however the physical and mental demands of the industry lead her towards unsustainable coping habits. On the road to her own recovery from burnout and addiction, creative practice became an essential support. She found SAH MethodTM in 2023 when she was experiencing an increased need for healing tools because talk therapy, singing and exercise weren’t enough to provide lasting relief. After just one session she knew that this practice was going to change her life. After receiving her full certification in 2024, she has been bringing SAH MethodTM to the Capital Region and is thrilled to share the practice with others so they can experience their authentic selves.
