Understanding & Releasing Resentment
Saturday, April 25
10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
ay Reflective Harmony
Facilitated by Andrea Horowitz, LMHC, GCT
$30 per person🌿 About the Workshop
Resentment rarely appears out of nowhere. It builds slowly — through unspoken needs, crossed boundaries, unexpressed emotions, and too many quiet “yeses” when the truth was “no.” This workshop offers a supportive, skill-building space to understand resentment at its roots and learn how clarity can be a powerful act of kindness — toward yourself and others.
Together, we’ll explore how resentment develops, the hidden ways it impacts your relationships and well-being, and how to express what’s been held inside with honesty, self-compassion, and care. This isn’t about blame or confrontation — it’s about relief, repair, and making intentional choices that support healthier connection.
✨ What You’ll Explore & Practice
You’ll learn what resentment really is and how it takes shape, including common signs and the often-unseen emotional costs. We’ll identify personal resentment triggers and uncover the unmet needs and boundaries beneath them. You’ll be guided through healthy ways to express and release resentment, explore the difference between letting go and holding on with intention, and practice practical tools for communication, repair, and self-compassion.
This workshop is for anyone who feels stuck in ongoing frustration or bitterness, or who notices unresolved anger lingering in relationships or at work. If you struggle to express your needs, set boundaries, or find yourself saying “yes” when you mean “no,” this space offers support and relief. It is especially nourishing for helpers, caregivers, and over-responsible souls who give deeply and are feeling drained, as well as anyone longing for healthier communication and emotional ease. You’ll leave with greater clarity, lighter emotional weight, language for what’s been unspoken, and practical tools to choose honesty over resentment — with kindness.

Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Investment: $99 per person (Includes the full 3-part series and all energetic materials)
The real transformation isn’t about getting more money. It’s about becoming the version of you who money feels safe to stay with. Most of us have been taught that wealth is a result of doing more -- more hustle, more hours, more effort. But in the Universe, wealth is a result of becoming more. If you’ve been living in a "Scarcity Survival" loop -- constant "itchy" energy -- it isn't because you aren't working hard enough. It’s because your energetic blueprint is still coded for protection rather than expansion. The Wealth Alchemy Portal is a 3-part, in-person transformational journey at Reflective Harmony designed to recode your relationship with abundance from the inside out. This is deep energetic hygiene -- a return to your soul’s original state of trust and overflow.
The 3-Week Journey
Week 1 | March 17:The Deprogramming & The Sacred Rake
Before we can build the new, we must clear the debris. We’ll dive into the behavioral psychology of your "money stories" and the ancestral narratives that keep your nervous system in survival mode. We are clearing the space for the gold.Week 2 | March 24: The Recoding & Capacity Expansion
It’s one thing to want wealth; it’s another for your nervous system to feel safe holding it. We will install your Soul-Aligned Wealth Identity and use quantum anchoring rituals to train your body to sustain the frequency of "more than enough."Week 3 | March 31: The Aligned Expression & The Mirror
Wealth thrives in movement. We bridge Spirit and Strategy, creating an Aligned flow for your resources. We’ll integrate the "Money is the Mirror" realization, shifting you from a "chasing" energy to a magnetic, radiant frequency. What to Bring: An open heart and the audacity to believe you are worthy of more.
Stop chasing money and start magnetizing it. Your abundance is waiting for you to become a match for it.

Life has a funny way of tossing us between calm seas and wild waves — and most of us never learned how to actually ride them. We brace. We push. We pretend we’re fine. Meanwhile, our bodies have been quietly carrying the stress the whole time.
This gentle, restorative two-hour workshop is your chance to change that.
Led by the incredible Alithia, you’ll learn the Kripalu RISE method — a powerful yet compassionate way to recognize what stress feels like inside your body and how to respond to it with clarity instead of overwhelm. We’ll begin with soft movement to settle your system, then explore the tools that help you meet life’s waves with steadiness, not strain.
If your soul is craving a calmer nervous system, a clearer mind, or simply a moment to exhale… this is your space.
Come find your flow. 🌊💙 -

What happens in these workshops:
I am a dream guide who bridges the gap between night dream adventures and daytime synchronicities. This is where day and night dreams meet. We spend half our lives sleeping. Let’s dream with our eyes and imagination open! Through dreams I learned I could have a different relationship with my son outside of a physical one. I can co-exist with my loved ones who ride the same astral planes as my dreams. We’ll explore straightforward dream guidance techniques, synchronicity games, healing spaces, and much more! Each gathering is a unique journey.

A Creative & Somatic Group for LGBTQ+ Teens
Facilitated by Christina King, LCAT (CK Creative Wellness)Tuesdays: 6pm to 7:30pm
$45 per session / 5 pack series $200Based upon need, we do have the opportunity to scholarship 3 students who would like to participate. Contact reception@reflectiveharmony.comto apply.
True Colors is a thoughtfully designed, supportive group for LGBTQ+ teens and allies that offers a safe, judgment-free space to explore identity, emotions, and self-expression through creativity and body-based practices. This group blends art-making, gentle movement, mindfulness, and somatic (body-awareness) practices to help teens express feelings that can be difficult to put into words. No prior art experience is needed, and there is no pressure to perform, share, or “get it right.” Participation is always invitational and choice-based.What Parents Can Expect
In this group, teens are supported in:building self-awareness and emotional regulation skills
strengthening boundaries and self-trust
managing stress and big emotions in healthy ways
developing resilience and confidence
feeling more grounded and comfortable in their bodies
Somatic practices help teens learn to recognize internal cues -- such as stress signals, emotions, and intuition -- and respond to them with greater understanding and care. These skills support emotional well-being both inside and outside the group setting. The group is facilitated with clear boundaries, respect, and confidentiality, creating a space where teens can feel safe, seen, and supported exactly as they are.
Why a Creative & Body-Based Approach?
Many teens process emotions through movement, creativity, and physical sensation rather than conversation alone.Creative expression and somatic awareness:
reduce anxiety and stress
support nervous system regulation
increase emotional literacy
help teens feel more at home in their bodies
This approach meets teens where they are developmentally and emotionally, offering practical tools they can carry into daily life.
Group Structure & What Teens Can Expect
Frequency: Bi-weekly
Session Length: 75–90 minutes
Group Size: Small group to ensure safety and connection
Age Range: High School Juniors, & Seniors
True Colors is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, perform, or be “on.” You don’t need the right words. You don’t need to be artistic. You don’t need to know exactly who you are yet. You just get to show up. We’ll use creative stuff like art, movement, mindfulness, and body awareness to help you get out of your head and into what you’re actually feeling -- in a way that feels gentle, not overwhelming. You can participate a lot, a little, or just quietly. Sharing is always your choice.
This group is for:
feeling more comfortable in your own skin
understanding your emotions without being ruled by them
learning how to calm your nervous system when things feel like too much
building confidence and self-trust -- at your pace
There’s no pressure to be anything other than real. Some days you might feel open, other days you might just want to sit and create -- both are welcome here.
Our Values
This group centers:emotional safety and respect
inclusivity and acceptance
choice and autonomy
confidentiality
personal growth at each teen’s own pace
Teens are encouraged to come as they are, and leave with more tools, confidence, and self-acceptance.

Hosted by Tracy Gibeau — Reiki Master Healer & Artisan
🕘 9:30am – 1:30pm (snack break included)
📍 Reflective Harmony
💫 $175 per person
$50 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot
Limited enrollment for an intimate, small-group experience
Root & Rhythm is a ceremonial drum-making experience designed to reconnect you with rhythm as a grounding, embodied form of medicine.
This is not a fast-paced craft class.
This is an intentional, slow, and reverent process — where creating a drum becomes an act of listening, presence, and relationship.
Guided with care by Tracy Gibeau, participants are invited to work with their hands, breath, and intuition as they build and personalize their own 14” frame drum, moving at a pace that honors both the materials and the moment. Throughout the day, there is space for quiet focus, reflection, and gentle connection — allowing the drum to take shape not just physically, but energetically.
The emphasis is on process over perfection. No musical or artistic experience is required — only curiosity, respect for the process, and a willingness to be present.
Each participant will receive:
– A handcrafted 14” drum
– A beater
– Guidance in personalizing and tending the drum
– A closing intention-setting ceremony to infuse the drum with meaning, energy, and purpose
You’ll leave with a finished drum that can serve as a grounding tool, meditation companion, or personal ritual ally — carrying the imprint of your hands, your intention, and the energy of the day.
This offering is held gently and intentionally by Tracy, Reflective Harmony’s first Harmony Keeper, Reiki Master, and artisan. Her role is not to direct, but to support the container — honoring autonomy, safety, and presence so each participant can feel grounded, supported, and deeply connected throughout the experience.

A Single-Signature Journal Workshop with Kath Dunlop
Saturday, April 18th | 1pm to 5pm
$40 per person | Space limited to 8 participants, pre-registration required
Step into a realm where Victorian clockwork meets scholarly mystery. In this immersive, beginner-friendly workshop, Kath Dunlop invites you to slow down, get beautifully crafty, and leave with something truly one of a kind -- a handcrafted single-signature journal built entirely by you. Using tea-dyed papers, vintage ledger sheets, and parchment, you will master the foundational 3-hole pamphlet stitch and bring your very own bound journal to life.
But this is not just bookbinding -- it is world-building. You will choose your aesthetic path: the gritty, gear-driven elegance of Steampunk or the moody, candlelit intellectualism of Dark Academia. From there, you will learn professional distressing techniques to give your pages a centuries-old patina, then embellish your monthly spreads with steampunk gears and skeleton keys or botanical sketches and vintage dictionary pages. Hidden pockets, tuck spots, and fold-out monthly trackers round out this beautifully functional creation -- a journal as unique as the person writing in it.
No experience necessary -- all supplies are provided. Whether you are a lifelong crafter or have never held a bookbinding needle in your life, this is your invitation to create something extraordinary. Come for the craft. Leave with a little magic in your hands.

Some of life's most significant moments are the quiet ones -- the transitions that don't have a name yet, the shifts happening beneath the surface that words just can't quite reach.
The Collage Experience with Christina King of CK Creative Wellness is a gentle, beginner-friendly, trauma-sensitive workshop that invites you to explore those layers through creative expression. No artistic experience necessary. No pressure to perform. Just you, some materials, and whatever is moving through you right now.
You will be guided through a grounding activity to settle in, a simple collage demonstration, and then time to create intuitively -- layering images and textures in a way that is less about making something pretty and more about making something honest. There will be space to process what emerges, both within yourself and gently within the group if you choose.
You will leave with a personal piece of art that reflects exactly where you are right now -- frameable, meaningful, and often accompanied by a little more clarity than you walked in with.

“Grief is just love with nowhere to go.” When life changes and loss leaves its imprint, the body remembers. Tension gathers where words cannot reach. Emotions swirl beneath the surface.
Grief Yoga® is a tender, heart-centered practice designed to help you release what’s been held too tightly and remember that healing is not about forgetting, but about finding peace inside the remembering. Through gentle, restorative movement, breath, and the soothing vibration of sound, Kelley Apple creates a compassionate space for your body and Spirit to unwind, recalibrate, and begin to trust life again.
You’ll learn to breathe through the ache, move with your emotions instead of against them, and find the quiet pulse of hope that’s still beating underneath it all.
🌊 The River of Life: This nourishing flow invites you to surrender to the natural currents of your emotions — grief, love, longing, gratitude — and let movement carry you where words cannot. As breath and motion merge, you’ll wash away what no longer needs to be carried, making space for clarity, balance, and renewal.
🌬️ Air Dance: A practice of liberation through breath-led movement. You’ll soften into openness and grace, learning how to flow with change rather than resist it. Each inhale becomes permission. Each exhale — release. As your heart opens, love begins to circulate again.
This practice is not about perfection — it’s about presence. Come exactly as you are. No experience needed. Just bring your heart, your breath, and a willingness to soften. Breathe. Move. Heal. Because your grief deserves a sacred place to land.
