Her classes and sessions are rooted in compassion, creating safe, supportive spaces for people to soften, release, and reconnect with themselves. She believes that even the smallest, most intentional movement or energetic shift can begin to loosen the weight of sorrow and open the heart to healing.
Kelley’s own journey weaves together many paths. While building a successful career in the corporate IT world, she discovered the meditative rhythm of running as a powerful form of emotional release and empowerment. Later, yoga became a doorway into deeper spiritual awakening -- grounding her in practices that continue to inspire her growth. Her personal experiences with grief also shaped the heart of her work. She knows how isolating loss can feel, and she honors each person’s path with reverence, care, and love.
In addition to her yoga and healing work, Kelley is completing a four-year certification with the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, bringing advanced energetic practices to her clients and students. She is also a Hospice Volunteer, offering presence and compassion during life’s most sacred transitions.

Carole Corrigan is a dedicated Usui Reiki Master Teacher who brings warmth, wisdom, and over four years of hands-on healing experience to her practice. Initially attuned as a Reiki Master in 2021, Carole deepened her spiritual path and officially stepped into her role as a Reiki Master Teacher in 2024 -- offering instruction and attunements across all four levels of Reiki through Reflective Harmony’s exclusive Reiki curriculum, curated and channeled by Kelly M. Ballard.
As the exclusive Reiki Instructor at Reflective Harmony, Carole teaches from the heart and holds space with grace, grounding, and reverence for the Spirit-led journey. Whether you're taking your very first Reiki Level I class or stepping into the sacred role of Master Teacher, Carole brings Kelly’s curriculum to life with integrity, compassion, and a powerful presence that empowers every student. Nick Carbuto has dedicated his life to the energetic and creative arts. With over 40 years as a full-time music educator and freelance musician, he has spent decades using music as a medium to inspire, uplift, and transform. Ordained as a Minister of Spiritual Counseling in 1998 through The New Seminary in NYC, Nick has spent the last two decades expanding his practice to include Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Intuitive Messages. Bryan Jeremy Cady is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, life and business coach, and educator. As an intuitive, he has used his abilities throughout his life in many of his pursuits. As his interest grew in exploring how to further tune in to those his intuitive abilities he became certified in Reiki Level 1, and began studying with several teachers in the mediumship field, most recently committing to a year long mentorship with Kelly Ballard.
