You've tried wellness programming before. We know how that usually goes.

Somebody books a lunch-and-learn. Eleven people RSVP, four show up, two of them are on their phones, and the whole thing quietly disappears from the calendar by spring. It isn't that your team doesn't care about their wellbeing. It's that most workplace wellness asks people to add one more thing to a day that's already too full, and gives them very little in return for it.

We build the opposite of that. Our sessions are short enough to fit inside a real workday, hands-on enough that people feel a difference before they walk back to their desks, and led by practitioners who do this work full-time. Not a video. Not an app. Not a vendor cycling through forty offices a month.

When we ran a five-week series for New York State Senate staff this summer, people came back week after week. Not because it was mandatory. Because it worked.

What We Offer

Every organization arrives at a different place. Some want to test the water with one session before asking anyone to commit. Some already know they need something sustained. Here's the shape of what we offer, and if none of it fits, we'll build something that does.

We come to you, you come to us, or we do both at once. Our Senate series ran in person and virtually at the same time so remote staff weren't left out, and we'll design around however your team is actually distributed.

How This Works

What's Going On

One short conversation about your team, your space, and what's actually happening in the building. No pitch deck, no discovery call framework. Just a real read on what your people need.

We Design It

We match practitioners and modalities to your team, then send you a written plan with exactly who's coming, what they'll do, and what it costs. You approve before anything is booked.

We Show Up

We arrive with everything needed and set up in whatever space you have. Nothing to install, nothing for participants to bring, no equipment on your end. OR you arrive to our space and we’re plug ‘n play! Your people show up in the clothes they wore to work.

We Follow Up

After the session we check in on how it landed and what your team responded to. That tells us what to build next, and it gives you something to bring back to leadership.

Past Projects...

The Midday Reset

Five weeks with New York State Senate staff. One session a week, same day, same time, held in person and streamed for staff who couldn't be in the room. Each week featured a different Reflective Harmony practitioner and a different approach -- breathwork, sound, movement, hands-on creative work, nervous system regulation.

It was built to fit inside the middle of a working day in a demanding environment, for people who couldn't step away for long and couldn't afford to come back drained. That constraint shaped everything about how we designed it, and it's the same thinking we bring to every organization we work with.

Bring This To Your Team!
A woman with dreadlocks seated on a black chair in a room, stretching her arms forward. She is wearing a white top and blue patterned wide-leg pants, with black shoes. Behind her, there's a large green plant, a laptop on a chair, and a pink water bottle on the floor. The room has pale green walls and dark carpeted floor.

Sometimes an hour in the conference room isn't the thing. Sometimes your team needs to leave the building -- to walk into a space that has nothing to do with deadlines and let their shoulders come down before anyone asks them to think.

Our Albany space is built to hold that. We can host a single afternoon, a full day, two days, a weekend, or a series that unfolds over several weeks. Rooms designed for gathering and for quiet, sound that carries the way it should, and the whole ecosystem of practitioners under one roof rather than scattered across three vendors and four calendars.

We'll help you build the day around your team, and we'll help with the parts that aren't wellness at all. We can coordinate catering. If you're traveling in from out of the area, we'll point you toward where to stay and what's worth doing while you're here. You handle getting your people to Albany. We'll handle what happens once they arrive.

Who We Work With

We've built programming for state government offices, colleges and universities, nonprofits, healthcare and human services teams, small businesses, school districts, and municipal departments across the Capital Region.

What those organizations have in common isn't industry. It's that someone inside them -- an HR director, a wellness coordinator, a program manager, an owner who noticed the room felt heavy -- looked around and decided the people doing the work deserved something better than a mass email about self-care.

If that's you, you're who this is for.

  • "I made it to four of the five sessions and I'd go to five more. Kelly kept telling us to be curious, to explore, to look outside the box. I did, and it gave me real strategies I've put in place since. I hope we have more opportunities to do this kind of work." Participant, The Midday Reset New York State Senate, July 2026

  • "I had never tried anything holistic before our retreat at Reflective Harmony. I went in uncertain, not sure what I'd get out of it. It was the quietest my mind has been in years. I left with tools for stress and resistance, and real insight into my own leadership style. Thank you to Kelly and the RH Collaborators -- you turned this skeptic into a believer, and I'll be in touch to create something for my own executive team."

    -YPO Retreat Attendee

  • "Thank you for an afternoon of renewal, quiet, and restoration. I had no idea Reflective Harmony offered all these modalities -- I can't wait to try longer versions outside of work. I appreciate your kindness and compassion with our group. Every bit of this was clearly curated for us, and no detail went unnoticed. You have something really special happening here."
