Hi, I’m Kelly M. Ballard -- a fourth-generation Medium, Healer, Spiritual Teacher, and Manifesting Maven. For over 25 years, I’ve had the deep honor of working with Spirit to help people heal, grow, and live in alignment with their soul’s purpose. My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, humor, and honesty—and whether you’re here for a powerful reading, deep energy work, or spiritual coaching, I’m here to support your transformation every step of the way.
I’m an Ordained Spiritualist Minister, Reiki Master Teacher, Manifesting Maven, and Spiritual Coach. I also lovingly refer to myself as a professional hugger and coffee enthusiast (more creamer than coffee -- no shame). My own journey with Spirit began when I was just eight years old, and I’ve been walking this path ever since -- mentored first by my Grandma Ceal, and later by a team of incredible teachers, Spirit Guides, and the Infinite Creator.
Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of clients across the world and helped people just like you reconnect with their intuition, heal energetic imbalances, connect with loved ones in Spirit, and reclaim their inner brilliance. My sessions are sacred, grounded, and always tailored to what your soul needs most in the moment.
At Reflective Harmony, I offer a wide range of experiences -- from 1:1 Mediumship and Energy Healing sessions to group classes, retreats, and immersive workshops. Whether we’re moving grief through yoga, channeling Spirit in a circle, or dancing with the drumbeat on sacred land, everything I offer is designed to help you remember your power and step fully into your light.
When I’m not holding space for healing and connection, you’ll find me soaking up life with my amazing family -- my sweet Maine-ah husband, my two incredible big kids, and our two crazy furballs, Hazel and Oscar. I’m usually bouncing between volleyball games, my garden, the water, or sneaking in a moment of stillness with a journal and a giant mug of creamer.
I believe that spiritual growth is limitless, that joy is sacred, and that the answers you’re seeking are already inside you -- sometimes we just need a little help tuning in.
